14-Day Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of digital products, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

Eligibility for a Refund

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.

  • You must provide the following details when requesting a refund:

    • Full Name

    • Order Number

    • Reason for the Return

    • Email Address used for the purchase

  • You must sign an Affidavit of Digital Product Deletion, confirming that you have deleted all copies of the product from your devices and will not distribute or use the materials in any way after the refund is processed.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Refund requests made after 14 days from the purchase date.

  • If you fail to provide the required information or refuse to sign the Affidavit of Digital Product Deletion.

  • If there is evidence of misuse, sharing, or distribution of the product before requesting a refund.

Processing Time

Once we receive your refund request and signed affidavit, we will review your submission. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
