My life experiences, professional and personal, have given me a passion for joining individuals and couples on their journey to discovery, rediscovery, and a life of health and wellbeing through compassion and empathy. I apply my lens as a gay, bicultural Latina woman born and raised in Denver to support clients in achieving healthy intimacy, specializing in cultivating a culturally-responsive and affirming space through a strong and trusting therapeutic alliance. I'm able to support LGBTQ people, women, disabled folks, people of color, among other marginalized communities who often struggle to find a service who can empathize with their lived experiences. I am trained in emotionally focused therapy and view relationship dilemmas through attachment based theory. I pride myself on providing a space free of shame, guilt, and judgement as I understand these next few steps may bring feelings of vulnerability. It would be an honor to join you on your journey.
