Intima Couples and Sex Therapy PLLC is more than a therapy practice—it's a space where emotional safety, deep insight, and meaningful connection are honored. We are currently expanding and looking for a warm, attuned, and relationally-minded clinician to join our growing team.
Who We Are
Intima is a therapy group practice rooted in trauma-informed, inclusive, and insight-oriented care. We specialize in:
Couples therapy & relationship work (including infidelity, monogamy/ENM, family stress, and communication)
Sex therapy & intimacy concerns
Therapy for anxiety, depression, and trauma
Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (for eligible clients)
We work with adults and couples of all identities and orientations, offering both in-person sessions in Lakewood, CO and virtual sessions throughout Colorado.
Who You Are
We’re seeking a clinician who is:
Licensed in Colorado (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or eligible post-licensure)
Passionate about relational therapy, sex therapy, or trauma work
Aligned with our values of curiosity, safety, self-reflection, and inclusivity
Comfortable working with diverse clients across race, gender, sexual orientation, and relationship structure
Interested in working 4 days per week (including some evening availability)
Bonus if you're already paneled with Headway or have experience with private pay and insurance clients—but we’ll guide you through onboarding if not.

Compensation & Schedule:
Compensation & Benefits
$41–$50 per clinical hour (W-2 employee), based on experience and caseload
15 minutes of paid admin time per session
Bi-monthly payroll (1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month)
One week paid time off after 6 months
Weekly schedule that supports flexibility and work-life balance
Support & Tools:
Use of SimplePractice, Clockify, and Headway for streamlined documentation, scheduling, and insurance billing
Onboarding support with walkthroughs, checklists, and templates
Inclusion on our website, Psychology Today profile, and referral network
Minimal meetings—just support where you need it
Additional Benefits:
One week of paid time off (beginning after 6 months of employment)
