We begin each day with a short check-in and a preview of the materials you’ll need — whether it’s a journal, some coloring supplies, or just a quiet place to stretch and breathe. This sets the tone and gives you space to settle in.

In this heartfelt segment, I share a personal story from my own lived experience with depression. These stories are real, vulnerable, and offered with care — so you can feel less alone and more seen as you navigate your own path.

Each day includes a physical practice — like stretching, breath work, or simple movement — to gently prepare your body for deeper emotional exploration. This is where we begin reconnecting with ourselves, starting with the body.

This is the core of the day. Here you'll be guided through a meaningful activity — journaling prompts, therapeutic worksheets, or creative expression like coloring — all designed to help surface insights, patterns, and inner truths that are often buried beneath the noise.

🌿 Discharge & Integration

Before we close, we return to the body. We take time to release any lingering tension and gently integrate what’s come up. This might include calming breath work, grounding practices, or simple reflection to help you carry the day’s discoveries into your life.

The first worksheet is to allow you to identify your depression cycle and find the areas where you get stuck.

The second worksheet is designed to put it all together. Take all of the information from the 7 days and allow a reversed depression cycle to emerge (a cycle that activates you).

  • This workshop creates a safe space for you to explore your depression and bring up insights about it. With these insights you can gain new understanding and perspectives which can lead to an overall decrease in your depressive symptoms.

  • While this workshop is not intended to replace therapy or medication, it can be valuable when used in conjunction with therapy and medications.

  • For optimal results a commitment of 45-minutes to one hour of commitment is recommended for each workshop day.

  • The workshop is pre-recorded.
