Understanding the Nervous System in Relationships

When & Where

🗓 Saturday, January 24, 2026
🕐 1:00–2:30 PM (MT)
📍 In Person · Lakewood, CO (final venue announced mid-January)

About the Workshop

When tension rises in relationships, our words are only part of the story — the rest is happening in our bodies.
In this 60 - 90-minute, in-person experience, you’ll learn how the nervous system shapes arguments, why protection patterns appear, and how to return to connection with more awareness and compassion.

This space is open to all relationship dynamics: couples, parents and teens, adult families, and friends wanting to communicate with more safety and understanding.

What You’ll Experience

  • Gentle grounding + breathwork to calm the body

  • Simple teaching on nervous-system responses in conflict

  • Self-reflection and group practices for insight and connection

  • Integration tools to take home
